Set in a quiet location on the outskirts of Kardamena, this resort is situated directly on a gently sloping beach. Kos airport is 11 km from the resort and Kardamena town centre only 5 km. Several places can be easily reached by bus as the area is well served by public transport.

The hotel offers different room types which are Standard Rooms, Bungalows and Maisonettes. The maisonettes feature 2 separate bedrooms, each with its private bathroom, as well as a living area equipped with 2 sofa beds and family rooms in bungalows. All room types include the comforts and amenities guests can expect from a luxury 5-star hotel. They are individually designed in a contemporary style with personal touches & quietly overlook the hotel‘s landscaped gardens or the sea.

All guestrooms feature individual air-conditioning / heating, private bathrooms, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, mini bar/fridge (free of charge: 1 bottle of water, 2 beers, 2 Pepsi, 1 soda, 1 lemonade and 1 orangeade – refilled every second day), satellite TV with music channel, balcony/terrace, safety deposit box, wake-up calls and room service at selected hours (07h30 to 22h30). Please note that a minimum service fee will be charged.

“LA PRINCIPESSA” The Main Restaurant serves American buffet breakfast and late continental buffet breakfast. The main restaurant offers local and international cuisine, presented on a buffet with show cooking. Special theme nights are organised regularly, where guests have the opportunity to taste different types of cuisine, such as Greek, Italian or fish specialties.

TAVERN “LA PERGOLA” Guests can also choose to take their lunch (12h15 to 14h30) in the tavern instead of the main restaurant. A variety of Greek and Italian specialties, such as spaghetti, mixed grill, gyros, etc. are offered.
CHINESE RESTAURANT Indulge in the finest Dim Sum and authentic Chinese cuisine! Dinner from 19h00 to 21h00.
CHILDREN RESTAURANT “LES SMURFS” Separated children restaurant with a variety of food. During meals, qualified personnel supervise the little ones.

Guests of all ages can choose between the 2 outdoor swimming pools (one seawater and one freshwater), the “relax pool”, the amazing water slides for children and adults alike and the beautiful pebble beach. Fresh fruit and water ice are available around the pools and on the beach, during high season. Beach towels are available with a deposit. Umbrellas & sun beds are available free of charge by the pools and on the beach.
